Description

Genomic loci of the test regions and peak regions for the site benchmark dataset. Each line gives the test region (chromosome, start, stop) and the transcription factor used in the test (either cfoshela, cfos, cjun, cmychela, cmyc, e2f4hela, e2f4, gata1, maxhela, max, nfkb, or nrsf; the ``hela'' suffix indicates peaks in HeLa-S3), followed by any peak regions therein (if applicable) separated by semi-colons.
